Our hand wrought iron pieces are made for us in the Lancaster County, PA. Amish Community. With classic style and functional design, these versatile pieces blend into most decorating schemes. This is solid iron--not wire. These pieces are finished in satin black and work well in any room. This is our large wrought iron extension curtain rod. Basically, this fits a double window and can also be used for a shower curtain rod. (We also offer a smaller rod-search for item B0002B035Y)This has hand wrought loop ends. It is a 2 piece rod--one half slides inside the other. Closed, this measures about 39 inches long and opens to about 62 inches. Our hand wrought iron arch hooks are included for mounting. You will need to provide your own screws or nails, etc, determined by the surface you are mounting it to. The arches hold the rod approx. 3 inches from the wall. The thickest part of the rod is 3/4 inches in diameter. This is hand made wrought iron in a satin black finish.

The design goes with any style. I love wrought iron and handmade is even better, having those touches is great. Nice weight, not bulky and not thin either. I'm glad I decided on it, I will be purchasing more. It's better looking live than in the pictures, no regrets on this purchase. I highly recommend this product, if you like simple clean design, not ornate, the simple scroll is enough for it not to by just a stick on the wall.

The rods are superb quality, will go in any style room. And shipping was super fast:
UPS truck showed up less than 24 hrs after I placed my order!!! (We live on the East Coast, but still...)

One comment: I ordered several rods, and made a mistake of marking up the walls using the same hook. When I actually hung the first rod, I discovered that the hooks were all different, so the rod wasn't hanging straight. Easy to fix, but for those of you who consider buying: make sure to mark up the walls for each individual hook (should have thought of it: they ARE hand made and can't be all the same!)

Apart from a slight delay in hanging, I love them, and will order more for another room.

This particular design (cars) is one purchased for my nephew. The other nephews got Star Wars and Spider Man. The nephews love the graphic and the cold water, mommy loves that they don't spill easily, are free of comtaminants and keep the kids water drinkably cold, even in the car left in the Oklahoma heat. Overall, we are very pleased.

However, this item has been washed in the dishwasher several times and the graphic is definitely suffering! It is scratched and chipped all over the place. On the other hand, a few months later, I bought the How To Train Your Dragon bottle for my son and it seems to be faring much better. Of course, I wash our bottles by hand much more often than I put them into the dishwasher and I think she washes theirs in the dishwasher almost exclusively. Still, I think that information needs to be passed on to potential buyers. The scratching, etc. happened pretty quickly - within about 3 months my nephew's cups looked like they had been through a couple of lifetimes already. My son's still looks relatively new.

Another point that I think is highly applicable to a purchasing decision: it DOES spill, just not easily. My toddler (just turned 2) is not trusted with one of these water bottles. If the lid is not closed, when the bottle falls over, it allows the contents to leak out. This makes for a nasty surprise when you think it is spill proof and allow your toddler to take sips of your water while you sit on the couch, absorbed in your book and suddenly are jerked back into reality by the realization that your bottom is soaked - as is the couch! So, I do NOT suggest purchasing these for a busy toddler. The child needs to be old enough to understand that they must close the lid everytime they are done sipping.

I know that is a lot of negative, but really - we love these bottles. Even if I were persuaded to give up on the kids' versions - you're not taking MINE!!! ;)

I've seen other reviews state that the lids break easily, but ours have not. We have 3 adult bottles and 7 Funtainer bottles in our extended family owned mostly by boys, mostly under the age of 10, for over 9 months and yet we have not had any breakage yet. Also, they really, really work! They really do keep water cool for at least 14 hours. As others have said, it fits in cup holders without being absurdly top heavy, no sweating, the bottle doesn't get cold, but the ice stays for hours - even in the hot Alabama sun in summer! It's quite shocking, in fact, to pick up a warm bottle in a blisteringly hot car, pop open the lid and sip ICE water!

Oh, one more thing...when the bottle of ice water has been in the heat for a while it sprays out a little bit of water when you open the lid. So, either aim it at your cheeks, shining pink from the heat - or aim it at the nearest passenger and then act surprised that they were squirted. ;) I consider it to be more fun than a negative, but that just may be my impishness coming through.

Overall is a great product and very easy to use even for toddlers. It is really non-spill. The only thing is the straw. With time, it accumulates dirt inside and is very hard to remove, even with Dr. Brown's brand cleaning brush (very thin and tiny so it can go through the straw). Still, I like the product, and the beverages keep their temperature for hours.

I bought this Thermos for my 4 year old. He LOVES it. The lid is easy to snap open, the water was kept at a nice cool temperature. No leaks. We take it everywhere - soccer, t-ball, Grandma's, etc. Not even condensation issues with cold water and hot outside temperatures. Even though it is top rack dishwasher safe, I always wash by hand. I bought one (different outer design) for my nieces as Christmas presents. If I had written this review a few months ago, I would have given it 5 stars. However, over the past few weeks, the Thermos has developed a leak near the bottom seal. The water does not pour out, but it is a steady leak and everything the Thermos sits on now gets wet. The leak has impacted the ability of the Thermos to keep water cool as well. I am very disappointed. I expected this to last several years. We have had the product for 9 months and it needs to be replaced.

I have worked with travel stands before, and to be honest, this one is worth it. I used this stand for 107" rolls of paper, and it worked out well. I wasn't afraid of it buckeling or falling. I like it quite a bit, and was plesantly surprised at how easy/ useful it turned out to be. I reccomend it for anyone that has to take their equipment to locations.

I like the dimensions of the support system overall and I had read from a review or two that the support system was a little wobbly. But there was also another two or so reviews that said the system was stable. So who was I to believe? Only myself after buying it. They are a little wobbly. It is a basic portable support system. The black muslin background is very thin (two sheets of paper thin). I very much like the fact that this purchase included a carrying bag to put it away in. That was an excellent addition! I'm happy with the support system only because I don't want to deal with the replacement or refund process. Thanks!

I bought this item because I was starting my photography business. I love tbat it's so portable and easy to put up. It would be perfect except for the fact that it doesn't seen very stayable when setting up and ofcourse the fabric that comes with is not very thick and reliable.

I purchased these collapsible cubes for a non-storage purpose...I used them to create a portable sound box. By using some acoustic foam and lining the insides of theses cubes, you can make a great sound box for recording audio in your home or office. I, personally, use my portable sound box to record podcasts, and it works great to keep out extraneous noise.

The cubes are exactly as described. Easy to assemble. They are also easy to pack down and store. I've taken the sound box apart a number of times, and the cube's durability is great. I imagine it would be both durable and long-lasting as a storage solution.

I have bought two sets of these storage cubes so far, and I love them. I use them for everything from toys to laundry. I also use them when I'm cleaning up around the house- stuff that needs to go upstairs goes in a storage cube, for example, rather than on the stairs where people can trip on it. The cubes are quite big and offer plenty of storage space. They are sturdy and will last as long as you need them. And when you don't need them, they fold up nice and flat. I will almost certainly buy more of these soon.

Oh boy, is this a wonderful product. It really has been a help to me. I have serious heart disease that cannot be repaired and I tire very quickly. I can sit down anytime by locking the brakes and turning around. I use the seat often. I even sit down on it in front of the stove to cook.

I can lift it into my big high van with ease. It truly does weigh about 10 pounds like the ad says. I carry my portable phone, my Nitroglycerin, and a 20X zoom digital camera every where I go plus my fanny pack hangs on the handle or I can hide all of that under the cover of the pouch.

It's my third rollator and the only one I could lift.
The dog likes to take a ride occasionally in it, too. She weighs 2.2 pounds.

It took me about 30 minutes to assemble it by myself and then adjust the height of the wheels and handles.

I originally purchased a Porter Cable palm nailer, thinking that this was going to be the best [and only] option for hammering home the hundreds (ok...thousands) of nails required to fasten all of the hurricane ties and joist hangers for my 500+ square foot deck.

Thankfully I was wrong and happened to come across this nailer which I was more than happy to add to my collection of pneumatic tools.

My joists are 12" on center and this gun fits as promised in that tight space. Yes - it would be nice if the magazine held more nails than it does, but if that were the case, it wouldn't fit between the joists. I've shot over 1,300 nails so far, both 10d and 8d, and haven't had a single jam...which is good because the nose of the gun doesn't open to clear jams similar to my other porter cable nailers.

I'm a 1-man operation, and using this gun has allowed me to do 75% of the framing for the 2-level deck in less than a week of working only at night after I get home from work.

Overall, I couldn't be happier with the gun - with that said, I still haven't even used my palm nailer - I guess that I'll save that little guy for another project. The only downside to this nailer is it's versatility after the project is over...unless you're going to put a few decks onto friend's houses, it's not an 'around-the-house' nailer, since it won't fire if it doesn't detect a metal strap that you're trying to shoot through.

A must have for anyone planning on building a deck, stairs, roof, or anything that needs straps. Cut building time in half. I have only fired about 200 rds through it, but so far it has held up great. Make sure you adjust the air because the gun will split the wood if you are too close to an edge. PS-even if you are a DIY'er, buying this tool will make you the envy of some Pro's. (already met several contractors that have asked to borrow it)

This is a product that seems the marketing department won out over engineering on the product's design. Although it does aerate wine quite well, the shape of the pourer, designed to look like the rest of the rabbit line, really sprays around the wine making it somewhat difficult to use and messy. Unlike the picture, you have to make sure the pourer is below the top of the glass to avoid wine spraying out around the outside of the glass. Also, and even more catastrophic, is that the rubber stopper/joint at the botton is a bit undersized and the pourer can fall out of the bottle. Once you've learned how to hold the thing to avoid the mess, it does a good job of aerating. I just wish they would fix these fixable bugs and then they'd have a really excellent product.

From a company with such a long history, I expected the quality of the box to be better. I had to choose between Wilton and Ateco and in my research I've found that Ateco is more durable than Wilton.

As others have said, a booklet telling what each item does would be very helpful (especially for beginners like me!!). Another thing is, the 4 tips that are on the corners of the box don't really even fit there... There are grooves for putting the tip in, but the large ones are so large they don't even fit. Basically, those 4 large corner tips just roll around in the box. Also, the 2 flower nails are poorly placed. Again, with a company like this, you'd think there'd be better designs. Also, the flimsy plastic box sucks!! I'm going to find a way to make my own. Maybe take a small tackle box and put empty egg carton shells?? I don't know, but I'm going to switch out this box.

** One other thing. Although there is a large variety of tips, it doesn't even come with the most basic one for cupcakes!?? In Wilton standards it's the 1M (or is it 1A) tip. It's the large circle tip.....and there isn't a closed star tip. You know, just the basics for cupcakes... So I bought another set. (If anyone is interested, it's the set from BakeitPretty.com and it's called the "Best Cupcake set" or something like that.)

Other than that, 4 stars because it is a good quality product. Box sucks and you may have to buy additional large tips for cupcakes!

This is a great laptop for people who use to travel. I am a college student, during the day I have to walk from class to class in different building, so I think this laptop is good for me. I bought and used this laptop for more than a month, and this is what I see so far.

Pros:
Lightweight, ultrathin, portable - I put this laptop inside my backpack to carry to school, it is very light and I could put more books with it, because it is also thin.
Screen quality - with LED backlit, the screen shows the great images and video quality.
System - Neo Dual Core 1.5Ghz is fast enough to do all the works, 4GB of RAM is a great thing to help this laptop to capble mutiple programs. It never been overheated.
Battery life - I think this laptop has great battery life, at ECO mode with lowest screen brightness + WIFI, it could be 6 hrs long. At balance mode, it could stays up to 4 hrs (only web browsing + Microsoft office) I bring it to school all day, and don't have to charge often. Plus, the power adapter is also small and light too.
Design - I think this is obvious, you could see in the pictures, very nice design and outlook.

Cons:
Sometimes the fan might be a little bit noisy, just little, but it always keeps the system to be cooled.
When I put it to sleep mode, and then I turn it back on, the screen doesn't start. I have to make it sleep again, and turn it on again, then it works. IDK if this happens to other people, but it happens to me sometime.

So far, I am satisfied with this laptop. I don't recommend this for video editors or 3D graphics artists, but I highly recommend this laptop for students to go to school, and anyone who usually have to run back an forth. This laptop helps me do a lot of works. For entertainment, it supports up to 720p video.

One more thing, to others, who complained about the sound quality, I have no problem with it, the speakers locate at the front bottom of the laptop. It is not too loud, but if you plug in the earphones, it ll be fine.


Toshiba PST4LU-006009 Review by Mr. Lebowski

I've purchased many things, but have never bothered to write a review. However, my experiences with this laptop have prompted me to share my thoughts. No one things "Toshiba" when they go laptop shopping, so the feature set and price have probably lured you in. Indeed, on paper, this laptop is a good 'bang for the buck'. You get pretty good specs in a small, light-weight package. Whatever shortfalls this laptop has can be easily explained away by the relatively cheap price at which it is sold, and those shortfalls have been sufficiently covered by other reviewers, so I will avoid repeating the same content here.

I received this laptop in September of 2010. Since then, it has died 3 times. That's about once every 3 months. The issue seems to be hard drive failure. Since I have a 1 year warranty, I have been able to send this for repair (a multi-week process), each time getting back a 'working' laptop with all my data wiped. To add insult to injury, it keeps failing after about 3 months of operations, rinse and repeat. This past week was failure #3. The first failure was a nuisance, but can be forgiven. The second failure was hard to believe. This third failure is the embodiment of the word Absurd. But that's not the worst part. The worst part is the customer service. Instead of acknowledging that the product is defective and providing me with a refund or a replacement, Toshiba refuses to do so, effectively guaranteeing a non-repeat customer. Instead, they keep 'repairing' it at no benefit to me or them, as it keeps breaking just the same. After an experience like this I cannot foresee buying a Toshiba product ever again. Buyer beware.

It's simple to use, easy to setup, and it works as advertised (especially since I'm a Mac user). I like how the device will warn you through the airplay speaker selection if the Airport Express doesn't have speakers attached....I like how I can extend my home WiFi network very, very easily (I have 3 of these plus a Time Capsule). And I really like how it has one audio jack which does both digital and analog.

I wish it had at least a 1GB NIC and I think the price is a bit much ($50 is more like it for 100MB NIC)....and don't ever buy a refurbished one as they will fail (brand new ones have never failed on me).

Also, wish the use of the iPad/iPod Touch/iPhone via Airports (Express and non-Express/Time Capsule) would work better and more consistently with the latest firmware (7.5.3) and iOS (4.x) but for some reason I've had horrible issues with any firmware higher than 7.4.3 (this version works fine with i-devices). Each time I try to update the Airport firmware to anything higher, I get inconsistent connection issues.

Outside of this, I'd love a version of this I could hook to my car (assuming my car had WiFi - otherwise bluetooth) so I didn't have to plug a cable into my iPhone/iPod to listen to the music.

i bought this used online. here's what i did. i set up my verizon modem wirelessly to my airport. from the airport express to my mac book. BAD IDEA!!!!! the music on airtunes would drop whenever I surfed the internet. blame it on the old modem etc whatever. the modem works fine actually. i don't want to buy a bigger/better one.

so what I did was rig an ethernet from my modem to my airport and FROM THERE I WENT WIRELESS TO MY MACBOOK.

end result is solid as all hell. amazing stability. only issue is putting the airport express near my stereo (input output etc), so my ethernet cable is really long. for me it's worth it.

the network is solid now.
